Bundle Builder allows store owners to create groups of products or variants, which customers can then choose from to create unique bundles, gift boxes or product kits. Fixed price, percentage or tiered discounts, and min/max requirements can be defined for each bundle as required.
On purchase, the inventory from each product within the bundle can be removed from the store's inventory (and reversed if an order is cancelled).
It's a simple one-click install - there's no coding required. You can create your first bundle in minutes by following 3 easy steps:
Set up the bundle
Choose your products
Apply your discounts and limits
Once you have completed configuring the settings for your bundle, Bundle Builder will create a so-called Ghost product in your Shopify store.
These Ghost products allow the app to integrate with Shopify, but they won't be visible to your customers - when they open the Ghost product, the app will automatically redirect them to a separate page that is completely under the app's control.
We refer to this page as the Bundle page; on it customers can choose products from the bundle selection you configured in the app admin. Once the bundle is ready, they can add it to their cart and proceed to the checkout.
During this final process all product images, variants and stock are updated live, and once a purchase is completed, the inventory is removed from all of the products in the bundle automatically.
The default installation is automatic and requires no manual code changes. Just open the app in your store and you're ready to start creating bundles. To help you on your way, we've added a 90-second tour of the main features of the app. Depending on your store's setup, you may need to complete an additional installation to enable Multiple SKU bundles. If this is the case, our support team are on hand to help you every step of the way.
Your bundle can be structured either as a Single page or as Multiple sections. The latter is perfect if you wish to break your products up into distinct categories.
The app allows you to create a unique SKU for the bundle. Your customers' bundle content details (inc. product names, variant types, SKUs) is also transferable via the Shopify admin API - this is especially useful for 3rd party fulfilment apps/ inventory systems where bundle content data need to be specified.
The app can be translated into any language in Settings → Translations.
